Carrie & Chris Baxter
Directors of LEAP
Chris and Assistant Pastor Carrie Baxter have been active members of LIFEhouse for fourteen years. Most recently, they were appointed as Directors of LIFEhouse Education Advancement Program (LEAP).

Chris is a graduate of Providence College with a Bachelor’s Degree in History, a Master’s in Teaching from Sacred Heart University, and an Administrative Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Connecticut. He is currently in his first year as Head of Student Life at ISAAC charter school. Chris also serves his local community as the president of the Montville Little League and enjoys playing basketball recreationally. 

Pastor Carrie recently became a Licensed Minister with the Foursquare Church, and appointed Assistant Pastor of LIFEhouse. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Providence College in music and a Master’s in Music Education from The Hartt School at the University of Hartford. Carrie is a stay at home mother, serves as the secretary on the Montville Board of Education, and has been an active member of the school board since 2009.

Chris and Carrie have been married for sixteen years and have five beautiful children ranging from first grade to tenth grade. They have a heartfelt desire to empower families to become rooted and grounded in the love of Jesus Christ and to realize their greatest potential within their homes.
